UU 1	Landwehr: Rifleman replacement with +15% combat strength when adjacent to an allied military unit. This bonus increases to 30% if adjacent to an allied Landwehr unit.
UU 2	Death's Head Hussar: Cavalry replacement that has a 50% chance of automatically dealing 5HP damade to adjacent enemy units. Enemy units within two tiles have -10% combat strength, and ignores enemy zone of control.
